Submitting an insurance claim

From the visit summary click Bill → Create claim. Check the diagnosis and procedure codes, then submit.

Claim status updates appear under Billing → Claims (Accepted, Rejected, Paid). Rejected claims include the payer's reason code so you can correct and resubmit.
